We will not be held responsible if goods are sent to an address you no longer reside or work at, but was provided by yourself as the delivery address at the time of order.
We will do our best to track and trace items deemed to have been lost in transit, and only recompense
you if the item has been proven to be genuinely lost.
We cannot be held responsible if the delivery does take longer than stated to arrive, as it is really out
of our hands once it has been posted out in time.
